How to respond to a claim
Use your license certificate, license number, covered account snapshot, and project registration record as proof of valid use.
If you registered the content URL, include that URL when contacting support so the team can review the exact project faster.
What support can verify
Support can review whether the track was licensed under an active subscription, which accounts were covered, and which rights applied at the time the license was issued.
The platform helps verify valid licenses, but final claim outcomes may depend on third-party platforms and rights-administration systems.
