Creator Safe Music license terms
Music on Creator Safe Music is licensed, not copyright-free. Your rights depend on your active plan and the licensed account slots saved when a license is issued.
Licensed, not copyright-free
Creator Safe Music grants usage rights according to your subscription tier. The music remains owned by the applicable rights holder or catalog.
Users may not claim ownership of tracks, register them with Content ID, upload them as standalone audio, resell them, redistribute them, sublicense them, or repackage them as a competing music library.
Licensed account slots
Your license applies only to the accounts, channels, pages, podcasts, websites, or profiles that were active licensed account slots at the time of download or project registration.
Changing, removing, upgrading, downgrading, or canceling later does not rewrite the original issued license snapshot.
Subscription changes and cancellation
Projects published while your subscription was active remain covered under the issued license snapshot for that track and project.
New projects after cancellation are not covered unless you resubscribe and issue a new valid license according to your current plan.
